Following his specialized training, Dr. Kyle became Major Wilson while he continued his military service as an orthodontist at Joint Base Lewis-McChord in Washington state where he provided all types of treatment with emphasis on severe malocclusions. His expertise in orthodontics has led him to mentor and lecture residents in Advance Education in General Dentistry and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency programs.
After serving nine years in the Army and receiving numerous awards and honors including four Army Commendation Medals, the NATO medal, and the Afghanistan Campaign Medal for service while deployed, Dr. Kyle is excited to be back in Texas helping you get the smile you desire!
His treatment philosophy considers more than just straight teeth as he also seeks to optimize facial harmony. He closely evaluates underlying jaw positions with the rest of the structures of the face to balance facial esthetics with functional needs to create a long lasting smile.
In his free time, Dr. Kyle loves staying active outdoors, golfing, traveling, exploring, reading and learning new things every day.
